9月4日から沖縄はお盆です。
お盆とは、日本の大切な行事で
生きてきたすべてのご先祖様へ
「ありがとう」と感謝を伝える日。
家族で美味しいものをご先祖様にお供えをし平和を見守ってくれていることに感謝します。
沖縄では「エイサー」という踊り 太鼓で道を練り歩く様子も見られるかもしれません。
暦はもう9月ですが
沖縄はまだまだ真夏。
そんな愉快な南国で、、

ところで
あなたは1日に「ありがとう」を何回
言いますか？私は自然に何度も口にする性格だと今日、美容室友人に
言われあなたといると安心し
気楽だと言われ気付きました
この「ありがとう」は脳にも
良い影響がある言葉だそう
サンクス効果と聞いた事あるはず。
ポジティブな言葉は
自分の脳を作り癒す魔法の言葉だと
脳科学でも証明されています。
大脳は主語を理解出来ない為
たとえ知らない人の悪口でも
自分に言われていると受け取るらしく
ストレスは蓄積されていくのだそう
自身の言葉で脳を壊してしまい
認知症にもなりやすいと言われてます
仕事終わりに疲れた時も
「だけど楽しかった」と言葉に
一瞬の変換で脳を騙す事は大切。

言霊という波長のように感じます。
人生の最後の瞬間まで
幸せな言葉で私はありたい。

私は考えます。
人生は楽しい事ばかりではなく

苦しい時、沢山ありますよね
私は人生のそんな時は
自身で「ありがとう」を口にします。

そうやって、日常のすべての動作に
ありがとうを付けて言葉にしながら
声にしてみて下さい、感謝。
言葉は顔や体にもなります
すると体は笑顔になります。
愚痴や不満は自分の一瞬の
感謝忘れなだけだったと気付きます
健康で安全な
今こそが幸せだと確認できます。
人生、今から又頑張ればよく
死ぬほどの事は起きてない事も。
足りる、命の最低限の今にも。
人生で大事な心の
あり方だと考えます。
身体の痛い所も
「ありがとう」と言いながら

Although the calendar says September, Okinawa still
Feels like Midsummer.

Times.
“Thank you” is not only kind, it is Healing
